Board meetings are every other month at 6pm. There are two in-person meetings held at the North Fort Myers Recreation Center on Business 41 and four virtual meetings on Mondays. Check the homepage for most up-to-date meeting schedule.

Assessments are due on January 1st of each year. There is a 60 day grace period that the Board allows before late fees are assessed. Go to willowcreekpoa.com/member-portal (willowcreekpoa.com/member-portal)to pay your assessment online.

Of course, we work to make sure everyone is safe and the gates are closed as much as possible. If you have an event where it would be unwise to just hand out gate codes, you can schedule the gate to be opened for a short window. Just email wcpoinfo@crmfl.com (wcpoinfo@crmfl.com)at least three business days in advance of your event.

The Board does not get involved in personal disputes. If you have an issue with a neighbor that escalates, please call the Lee County Sheriff's Office. If you see a violation, you are empowered to send it to wcpoinfo@crmfl.com. (wcpoinfo@crmfl.com.)

A special assessment is voted on at a special meeting of the membership if a large extra purchase is necessary for the community and must pass with a majority of the vote if the individual amount is half or more of the annual assessment. The Board may approve a special assessment after giving two weeks notice before the vote, if the amount is 50%of less than the annual assessment amount. Please read the bylaws for full details.
