Board Meetings

The annual meeting will be held in-person at the NFM Recreational Center on Business 41 next to the NFM Library. The Organizational Meeting will follow.

As we were unable to hold the organizational meeting in January, new directors will be appointed by the sitting board and officer roles will be assigned. Meeting will be on Zoom instead of Go To Meeting to save money and will be limited to 40 minutes.

The March meeting will be held virtually, this is the Annual Meeting that was recessed in January. For easy access, you may download the app at the top of the page. There are limited seats at CRM, virtual attendance is preferred.

The September Budget Workshop meeting will be held in-person at the NFM Recreational Center on Business 41 next to the NFM Library. This meeting will be for the community to discuss priorities for the 2027 budget.

The October Budget meeting will be held virtually. This meeting will approve the final budget and assessments for the coming year. For input on the budget, please attend the September meeting.
